Your fit with our team is more important than your experience, as we provide comprehensive internal mentorship and training for those new to working with Autistic and neurodivergent individuals. Preference will be given to candidates available for the positions listed below.


Part-Time (10-15 billable hours per week)

  • Community OT, Lower Mainland β€” Home-visits in Richmond, New Westminster, Burnaby, Vancouver

  • Hybrid or Telehealth OT β€” Preference for experience with vocational supports, including job coaching, job development, accommodations and disclosure, employer relations, etc.

Full-Time (16+ billable hours per week)

  • Hybrid or Telehealth OT β€” Working with Autistic and Neurodivergent kids, teens, and adults through a mix of telehealth and home / community-visits.
