Loved by Clients
"I had no idea how helpful an Occupational Therapist would be in my life (nor understand their scope of practice) before learning of my late-diagnosis (Autism & ADHD) in my early 40s.
Since day 1, Megan calls our work 'setting up systems, not goals' and it has changed my entire worldview. She helps me understand myself (past, present, and future) through a neurodivergent lens. She reframes my (self-diagnosed) internalized abelism (mainly shaming myself with unrealistic and unhelpful expectations concerning productivity & performance) with a strength-based perspective, which has led me to understand myself as valuable as a human being first and foremost.
My quality of life has significantly improved. And whenever I need help in the future, I'll be going to OTs (instead of all to often default referrals to generalist counsellors) at Everyday OT. Thank you so much Luc and Megan!"
